Member Picks showcases the movies that inspired the Moxie’s biggest supporters. Every month, one member picks a film that impacted their lives and we put it up on the big screen. July’s pick was made by moxie member Sarah Jenkins. **What do you love about this particular film, and why do you want to share it with others?** _"The Way, Way Back is a feel-good summer classic that not nearly enough people have seen. Plus, it’s Sam Rockwell at his Rockwelliest. It’s one of the few DVDs I’ve actually purchased in the past few years, because I like it too much to wait for Netflix. It’s the perfect little summer movie from Oscar-winning screenwriters (and generally hilarious people) Nat Faxon and Jim Rash. Plus, I think it’s the quintessential “Moxie movie,” as my mom would call it: a great indie that you might not get to see anywhere else."_ **Free for members** Synopsis: Over the course of a summer, 14-year-old Duncan comes into his own thanks in part to the friendship he strikes up with a carefree employee at the local water park where he gets a job.
